Entrepreneur and Co-founder of Twelve Cupcakes

Daniel Ong is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Twelve Cupcakes, a Singapore-based chain cupcakery. He also started in the restaurant business with Mischief American street food at Esplanade in February 2015, and Rookery at Hong Leong building in 2014. He was an award-winning radio deejay in Singapore's MediaCorp Radio 987FM and television host, having picked up the ‘Most Popular’ and ‘Most Friendly’ radio personality awards in the Singapore Radio Awards in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010.

He went on to create, a social media advertising agency, working with over 200 influencers reaching over 2 million people. In 2016, he teamed up with award-winning brewer, John Wei to start up Brewlander, a Singapore-based brewery with production in Cambodia.

In 2017, he moved on to start, where he concentrates on giving success and entrepreneur talks. He offers insights, tips and know how's in his well-received talk titled 'DARE TO FAIL'.

Woon Tai Ho is the Chief Executive Officer for RHT Digital & Media and Lead for the RHT Media Group. He joined the company in 2015. Tai Ho brings with him a deep knowledge of traditional and digital media with first-hand media and marketing experience working across Asia, principally Southeast Asia, India and China. He is highly sought after for developing brand positioning and brand values, as well as designing media and marketing plans.

He is best known for starting the Asian-wide news channel, Channel NewsAsia in 1999, and was an instrumental figure in the creation, production and marketing of award-winning broadcast channels, programmes and documentaries.
